Fermented slowly at low temperature in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation this wine has delicate aroma and clean fruit flavour.
Pleasantly perfumed with full complement of apple blossom, spice, musk and pear.
The palate is fleshy, soft and slippery and goes on to show Granny Smith apple characters on the finish.
