Colour    Pale Gold
Nose      Almost chocolate spiciness then a whiff of saltier sea character
             Overall dry and complex
Body      Light to medium
Palate    Starts sweet and malt, with lots of flavour developing, eventually becoming drier and salty
Finish     Very salty, lingering on the tongue
