A lean joint , containing no bone.
Roasting, slow cooking; braising or pot roasting can all be used.
Allow 0.25 kg per person.
The price is £6.75 per kg.
Our Beef is all local British Beef.
Our minimum order for meat is £20.
Delivery is free for meat if you are within 10 miles of Helston, Cornwall and are placing an order over £30.
